2. Dual operating system helps the kitchen work durably, strongly

The dual operating system is the outstanding advantage of the Nagakawa NAG1213M double electric stove. The new Nagakawa stoves use 2 IGBT power bars to form a smart operation mechanism: the IGBTs can operate simultaneously to help the kitchen reach a maximum power of 2400W within a few seconds. At the same time, IGBTs can operate alternately according to the operating order from the center, thanks to inverter technology that saves energy and ensures the life of the kitchen.

3. Super fast booster cooking function

The Nagakawa NAG1213M with Booster function helps you choose the highest power level when you want to cook typical dishes that need to be heated quickly, helping to preserve the right flavor of the desired dish.

When selecting the Booster function, the capacity of the Nagakawa NAG1213M double electric stove will be quickly pushed to the maximum level in an extremely short time and operate continuously for a period of 5 minutes, helping to minimize cooking time. Specifically, the default power at level 1 is 400W, if the Booster function is selected, the stove quickly reaches the maximum power of 2400W.

4. Safety lock

The Nagakawa NAG1213M is equipped with a safety lock, giving you peace of mind in cooking when you have small children. You can also choose to use the keys, avoiding the need to activate unnecessary buttons when cleaning the stove surface.

5. Overheat induction protecting the stove

The anti-overheating function contributes to the protection of the Nagakawa NAG1213M double electric stove, which does not allow the use of the cooker when the temperature is too high.

When you put the pot on the stove for a long time and the temperature is too high (~ 250 degree Celsius), the stove will report an error, then it will stop working automatically. You can identify the error with the error code “E5” on the kitchen screen. The error will disappear when you put food in the pot or the stove temperature drops below the allowable level.

6. Handy Pause & Recall function

When you are busy while cooking, you can use the Pause key to pause the cooking operation. When you return, just press the Pause key again, the Nagakawa NAG1213M will continue to work normally with the previously set program.

7. Water overflow induction

The water overflow sensor is a form of thermal sensor of the Nagakawa NAG1213M double electric stove, which is located at the position of the control keypad. During cooking, when hot water comes to the surface, the keyboard will activate the sensor to turn off the stove, ensuring that the stove is always safe and clean.

8. Slide and Touch Control

With the Nagakawa NAG1213M, you can choose to adjust the power increase or decrease by swiping left, right or directly pressing the 9 power level keys.
