The dual operating system is the outstanding advantage of Nagakawa NK2C05MB double electric stove. The new generation of Nagakawa stoves use 2 IGBT power rods to form a smart operation mechanism: the IGBTs can operate simultaneously, making the stove able to reach a maximum power of 2400W within a few seconds. At the same time, the IGBTs can be operated alternately according to the operating order from the center, thanks to inverter technology that saves energy and ensures the life of the stove.

When choosing the Booster function, the capacity of the Nagakawa NK2C05MB will be quickly pushed to the maximum in extremely short time and continuous operation in 5 minutes, helping to shorten the maximum cooking time. Specifically, the default kitchen power at 1 is 400W, if you choose the Booster function, the kitchen quickly reaches the maximum power of 2400W.

Overheat induction protecting the  stove

The anti-overheating function contributes to the protection of the Nagakawa NK2C05MB, which does not allow the use of the stove when the temperature is too high. When you put empty pots on the stove for a long time and the temperature is too high (~ 250 degrees Celsius), the stove will report a fault, then the stove will stop working automatically. You can see the error with the error code “E5” on the stove’s screen. Errors will disappear when you put food in the pot or the kitchen temperature falls below the permissible level.

Handy Pause & Recall function

When you are busy while cooking, you can now use the Pause key to pause the kitchen operation. When you come back, just press the pause key again, the Nagakawa NK2C15MB will continue to work normally with the previously installed program.

Water overflow induction

The overflow sensor is a form of thermal sensor of the Nagakawa NK2C05MB double electric stove, which is located at the position of the control keyboard. During the cooking process, when hot water overflows to the surface, the keyboard will activate the sensor to turn off the stove itself, ensuring that the stove is always safe and clean.
