1. Free warranty conditions:
Customers will be entitled to a free warranty when the product satisfies all the following conditions:
- Nagakawa genuine products installed, synchronously connected in accordance with the standards and technical regulations of the company.
- The product is in warranty period.
- Products damaged components due to technical errors from the manufacturer.
- Stamp specifications, sealed stamps, serial stamps affixed on the product must be intact, not torn, erased, shaved...
- Present the warranty card of the product, activate the electronic warranty as soon as the service is requested.
Note: For high-end kitchen equipment products, the product can only be changed 1 in 1 year if the product is defective by the manufacturer.
2. Warranty conditions with charge:
Customers will not be entitled to free warranty when the product has one of the following conditions:
- The product has expired the warranty period.
- The warranty card cannot be presented or the warranty card is invalid (do not fill in the information or erase the information on the card...), the product has not been activated electronic warranty at the time of inspection.
- Stamp specifications, sealed stamps, serial stamps affixed on the product are not intact, torn, erased, shaved...
- The product is installed, connected asynchronously, not in accordance with the technical standards of the company.
- The product is damaged due to improper installation, use, misuse of voltage or unstable power supply voltage, bad electrical connections, product is not cleaned and maintained periodically.
- The product is damaged due to force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, floods, fires...and other damage is not the fault of the manufacturer.
- The product is changed, adjusted structure by a third party not belonging to Nagakawa's authorized warranty station system.
- Products with termites, oxidation, rust...caused by environmental agents, improper storage or cleaning.
