Nagakawa NAG3902 food sterilization machine with Hydroxyl electrolysis technology has a bactericidal rate of 99.99%, helping to remove up to 74% of pesticide residues, weight gainers,... The product is the combination of high technology with a mechanism of disinfection and removal of harmful substances and bacteria right on food, using only water as a raw material, no other substances.

Hydroxyl electrolysis process follows 3 steps:

- The machine will electrolyze water to form OH- and H + ions 
- Part of the OH- will reorganize, break down the molecular structure of pesticides, and mix them into harmless substances, at the same time the OH- is taken away. H+ on bacterial cell walls to kill bacteria; The remainder of the OH- combines with the chlorine in the water (from the electrolysis of chlorine salts in the water) to create hypochlorous acid. This acid will react to oxidize, decompose and kill bacteria;
- Hypochlorous acid uses its oxidizing properties to kill disease-causing microorganisms.
- Hypochlorous acid and Hydroxyl radical (-OH) also use their strong Oxidizing properties to neutralize toxins found in meat such as the growth enhancer Clenbuterol and organic pesticides.
