Nagakawa NAG3104 Electric Grill Hotpot

The Nagakawa electric grill is a convenient combination of a grill and hotpot stove, boasting a powerful total output of 1500W. It quickly activates both the grilling and hotpot zones efficiently, catering to the diverse needs of 3-6 people and providing a satisfying experience for home gatherings.

The grilling tray and hotpot compartment are made of aluminum alloy – an ideal material for efficient heat transfer and retention, suitable for dishes that require high temperatures in a short time. Grilled dishes cook quickly and evenly from the inside, minimizing external burning and preventing ingredients from losing moisture due to insufficient heat. The hotpot also rapidly reaches boiling temperature as needed, ensuring fast and flavorful cooking while preserving the fresh taste.

The surface of the grilling tray and hotpot is coated with a stone-patterned non-stick layer, effectively preventing sticking for all types of food. The premium non-stick layer not only keeps the grilled dishes visually appealing but also ensures food safety when grilling at high temperatures, avoiding the issue of hotpot ingredients sticking to the pot's bottom. The super smooth non-stick layer minimizes scratches and is easy to clean.

The large heating element, with a wide and energy-efficient design located beneath the hotpot compartment, facilitates direct and rapid heat distribution across the entire surface. It stabilizes heat in different zones, allowing easy control of cooking levels and flavors whether using each zone independently or simultaneously. It takes only 6 minutes for the grilling zone to reach maximum temperature and 7 minutes to bring 1 liter of hotpot water to a boil, quickly meeting the needs of users.

The grilling tray features longitudinal ridges to enhance non-stick properties and drain excess oil, resulting in tastier and less greasy dishes. The raised edges around the grilling tray prevent spilled oil for improved hygiene. The removable oil tray with a convenient drain facilitates easy cleaning.

The hotpot zone comes with a transparent tempered glass lid, promoting faster boiling and quicker cooking, allowing easy observation of food inside.

Adjustable knobs enable users to independently control the grilling or hotpot function or use both simultaneously. Each active zone has a corresponding indicator light for easy monitoring.
 

The stove is equipped with intelligent and accurate heat sensors. Once the set temperature is reached, the stove automatically shuts off to prevent food from burning. After a period of cooling down, the stove resumes operation.

Additionally, if the surface temperature of the stove becomes excessively hot or if there is a situation of overheating, the stove will also automatically shut off to ensure safety for the user.

The stove's outer casing is made of thick, heat-resistant plastic, up to 2mm in thickness, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 170°C. It provides insulation and protection for users, maintaining durability and aesthetic appeal over time.
